Patricia advises in relation to the authorisation process and regulatory environment for obtaining different licences in the asset management space, including MIFID, UCITS management company AIFIM and fund administration and depositary licences. She also advises service providers on their corporate governance arrangements, fitness and probity obligations, general service offerings, contractual documentation and engagement with relevant regulators.
Patricia is a member of the Irish Funds MiFID Working Group and is the Irish member of the Legal and Regulatory Committee of Brussels-based Invest Europe (which represents the private equity and venture capital industries in Europe).
