• Patron Capital in the disposal of its portfolio of office blocks in the Dublin docklands
• A group of multi-jurisdictional partners in a JV acquisition of a Dublin city centre building
• U + I Group PLC in relation to the letting of the newly refurbished Donnybrook House to Raw Gyms
• King Street Capital / Hines on the pre-lets of the new Cherrywood Town Centre in South Dublin
