He advises on a broad range of domestic and cross border corporate matters, including public and private mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures and equity capital markets transactions. In addition to transactional representations, Brian also advises clients on governance matters and ongoing regulatory compliance.
Prior to joining William Fry in 2019, Brian practiced in the London office of Shearman & Sterling.

- GTreasury Inc., a portfolio company of Hg Capital, on its acquisition of Cash Analytics Limited, a provider of cash flow forecasting software.
- Softbank Corp on its €473 million strategic investment in Cubic Telecom for a 51% equity stake at a valuation of over €900 million
- Accel-KKR on its investment in Ocuco, a multinational business that provides specialist software to the eyecare industry
- Hortifrut, a global leader in berry production and marketing, on the reorganisation of its international business to Ireland
- Clayton, Dubilier & Rice on its £2.8bn recommended takeover of UDG Healthcare plc
- The Department of Finance on a number of equity capital markets mandates relating to the State’s investments in the Irish banking sector, including the sell-down of part of the State’s shareholding in AIB Group through various book-built placings
