Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement
Purpose
At William Fry LLP (the Firm), we strive to ensure we make a positive and lasting difference through our corporate social responsibility programme which encompasses community, workplace, marketplace and environmental pillars. We endeavour to create and foster a positive, respectful and healthy work environment where everyone can meet their potential and have a sense of pride in their place of work.
The marketplace pillar encompasses two key concepts for the Firm relating to how we interact with our clients as well as with suppliers and other third parties. This pillar supports our core value of ensuring service excellence throughout the total client experience. The marketplace programme also looks at how we as a business engage in sustainable procurement practices.
Where relevant, this statement provides our human trafficking and modern slavery transparency statement pursuant to section 54 (1) of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 (the Statement).

William Fry LLP is one of Ireland’s largest law firms with offices in Dublin, Cork, London, New York, San Francisco and Silicon Valley. Our practice encompasses all aspects of business and corporate law. We advise domestic and international corporations, financial institutions and government organisations. We regularly act on complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions and commercial disputes. Strong client relationships and high-quality advice are the hallmarks of our business.
In delivering our services, we are committed to ensuring there is no aspect of forced labour, including modern slavery and human trafficking, within any element of our business or supply chains.
Our Suppliers
The Firm has established several policies and procedures which help to mitigate the risk of forced labour or human trafficking arising in either our business or supply chains.
We are committed to a policy of responsible procurement in line with our responsible business strategy which ensures that our core business values are transferred through our supply chain and into the lifecycle of the Firm’s products and services.
Our Responsible Procurement Policy requires that all new suppliers are subject to an appropriate level of risk assessment and screening. We are committed to working only with suppliers that will uphold the ethical, human rights and workplace standards set out in our Supplier Code of Conduct.
This Statement will be reviewed annually.
