We are delighted to announce that Colin Bolger has joined as a Partner in the firm’s tax department.
This senior appointment builds on the firm’s partner promotions previously announced earlier this year.
Colin is a solicitor, chartered accountant and chartered tax advisor. He has extensive experience providing tax advice to many of Ireland’s leading private and public sector organisations, international corporations, financial institutions and private equity firms. He regularly advises clients on tax matters relating to inward investment, mergers and acquisitions, capital investment structures, restructurings, financing matters, tax disputes and property structuring. Colin joins William Fry from Byrne Wallace having previously worked in KPMG for several years.
