William Fry has published its Gender Pay Gap report for the third year, in compliance with the Gender Pay Gap Information Act 2021.
The Regulations require organisations to report on their gender pay gap based on a snapshot date in June 2024. The gender pay gap differs from equal pay for equal work; it reflects the disparity between the average hourly earnings of men and women across our entire organisation.
In this year’s report, we highlight the strides we’ve made and outline our future plans and commitments. Achieving meaningful and lasting change requires time. We recognise that there is still work to be done and remain dedicated to enhancing our gender balance through continuous efforts and new initiatives.
