William Fry, working closely with Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, is advising Amgen Inc., one of the world’s leading independent biotechnology companies, on its proposed acquisition of Horizon Therapeutics plc, a global biotechnology company headquartered in Dublin, for an enterprise value of $28.3 billion.
