Olga Vaughan

Olga Vaughan is a Consultant in our Real Estate & Construction Department.

She advises on all aspects of property law including investment sales and acquisitions, commercial leasing, property law aspects of receiverships and liquidations and local authority acquisitions/compulsory purchase orders.

Recent significant matters include advising:

• the purchaser of the Gresham Hotel;
• a leading retailer on its examinership and the restructuring of 15 leases nationwide; and
• a local authority and a number of significant institutional investors on an ongoing basis in respect of their portfolios of properties.
